Hi, I’m Lisa!
I have decades of experience in healthy habits and living. I even have a career helping people with the mental and physical health. And I still ended up in my middle age overweight, overwhelmed and exhausted!
I know I’m not alone.
I’ve worked with so many women over the years and see the same pattern over and over. High achieving women who have admirable lives on the outside are suffering on the inside.
Middle age is a tough season. I’m passionate about passing along what I’ve learned in my own experience to add to my decades of professional skills and knowledge. This has helped so many to stop grabbing at short term solutions and start to build a strong Wellness Foundation so that you can look and feel the way you want to no matter how many demands are coming your way!
